Reasons for Return

*Wrong Items*

 Products delivered differently from what was displayed on the website, a return will be authorized after validation

*Defective Items*

 Product delivered has manufacturers defects were delivered dead on arrival, a return will be authorized after validation.

*Damaged (in transit)*

A product has visible damage, a return will be authorized after validation.

Items not eligible for Returns

Products damaged due to misuse.

Products that have been altered from their original or worked on by another operator.

Warranty Period

Warranty Period is given for 12 months and only based on Luminity Solar Equipments and have not broken the criteria.
